Maybe concussion: Sounds like nasty post-traumatic headache. Might be of value to phone your doctor and get local advice. Potentially self-limited and may depart over next day or so, but if you start losing balance and suffer increased head pain associated with vomiting, this would be an indication to be seen in an emergency department to be on safe side.
