I hit my head last night on my car boot when standing up, i felt dizzy and everything went black for a moment but i didn't pass out. i now have symptoms of nausea, headache, vomiting, drowsiness and occasional blurred vision. what do i do?

Seek care: You may need a CT scan to evaluate for possible bleeding inside your skull. See if you can get any local advice on the phone first, but, it not, you should go to an emergency department. You should not drive yourself.
