I'm having mild headaches in the back of my head , accompanied by nausea since yesterday morning. hit my head snowboarding a few weeks ago pretty good, but didn't notice anything abnormal then, just slight dizziness, should i be worried?

Go to ER now: The most serious condition is that of subdural hematoma which may be compressing your brain. You need to get checked out immediately at the ER since this condition , if left untreated, may lead to paralysis.Do not delay another second.
