Go to ER: I'm not sure if you went to the ER the day of the accident, but even if you did, you should return. Your symptoms are very suggestive of a concussion, or even worse a subdural hematoma or blood clot putting pressure on the brain and causing headache and nausea. Please go for evaluation NOW!
