According to sonar and xray scans i have a torn sub-scupularis. can i still swim without this muscle without any long term damage? i have been swimming the last 3 months as is and had slight pain, nothing major, hence my question.

I went to the docter on the 31 desember. For pain in my calf. They did a sonar and said its two clots in my muscle not in my vains. Since then my calf is still sore. Wake up now with a very numb dead left arm 1.5 hour ago. Arm is movable but bit numb?
My knee still feels unstable, with sharp pain if stepping skew a year after a cycling fall. (Walking and jogging is fine) What dr should I consult? X-ray and sonar after injury did not show bone or ligament injury.
