Hurt my stomach at gym. saw dr, sent for sonar, sonar indicated torn stomach muscle and blood clot on right side. i'm not convinced that's all, as pain is right across my whole lower abdomen and pains when i sneeze. could c-section scar have torn?

Low probability: A torn stomach muscle on the right side and collection of blood could cause pain across the entire abdomen. If the c section incision tore open it would have been obvious on any imaging you may have had. If still uncomfortable, please go back to doctor for further evaluation. Feel better soon
