Assume “throat”: The description I see does not mention the exact anatomy but from context I assume it is a feeling of something stuck in your throat. This is a relatively common symptom. Oftentimes it is actually stomach related due to reflux and is called a Globus Sensation. However, more serious pathology of the oropharynx and esophagus cannot be ruled out without direct visualization. Speak with your pcp
