See a doctor!: There are several possibilities here: -are you sure it's strep? Were you tested? -you may also have mono (infectious mononucleosis), which usually causes fatigue, fever, swollen glands. At least 25% of people with mono also have strep. -you may have an abscess in your tonsils, which may need to get drained you should see a doctor and get reexamined to see if you need further treatment.
