My daughter has been on amoxicillin for a little over 60 hours for strep throat. last night before bed she had a fever of 103. she was about 48 hrs after amoxicillin at that point. should she still be having a fever after 5 doses?

Any improvement otherwise? What is the state of hydration, use of Tylenol? Appears as though a recheck is indicated.
