17 y/o female,with dizziness,hot and cold flashes,loss of appetite,nausea for the last few days. now i've recently been getting headaches and vomiting?

Dizziness.: This constellation of symptoms could represent labyrinthitis (most likely), vertigo (less likely) or Meniere’s disease (less likely). Labyrinthitis is similar to vertigo but originates from involvement of the inner ear by inflammation and infection, which would give you additional symptoms (headache, hot and cold flashes for example).
