cold type of feeling all over head and face at times but no headaches or dizzyness. no nausea no vomiting. please help?

Anxiety: What you are feeling is very real and I'm sorry you are going through this. I'm confident you will get better in time. The symptoms you describe are frequently associated with anxiety. This can cause symptoms that are not related to any disease process. Can you identify stressors in your life that may be precipitating these symptoms? If others appear see MD.
