My ct shows: degenerateive disc disease at the l4-l5 level with degenerative endplate sclerosis. what is degenerative endplate sclerosis?

It is basically: degenerative arthritic changes involving the disc spaces between the vertebral bodies. Sclerosis means increased bone density, in this case of the endplates, which are the top and bottom of the vertebral bodies where the discs are attached.
