The frequency: of testing for patients with Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy is recommended by a number of Professional Societies including the American Cancer Society and the American Urology Society ..the ANSWER is DEPENDS UPON THE CLINICAL SITUATION eg CHANGES the SIZE or CONFIGURATION of the gland on Rectal exam......MY opinion ONLY!
