I have been diagnosed with IGM Kappa Mgus when I turned 35. Spike 2g/dl. No other problem and bone marrow biopsy clean. What is risk of progression?
I have recently been told I have MGUS - have an IgM of 6. Being seen every 6 mths for blood tests. For the past 3 days I have had really bad pain when swallowing - no sore throat, just painful when I swallow. Is this related? Should I see a doc?
