I have right side lower back pain which does not stop. i had an mri and the result was mild ligamentum hypertrophy throughout. my chiro says the problem is the lumbar ilio ligament and neural base of spine. i am a runner and treatment is not helping?

11th November 202 a chiropractor pressed to hard on my lumbar spine and caused 2 herniated disks L4-L5 which was revealed a month ago from MRI. Is this repairable by a physio or other manual therapy or is it really bad?
