It means your L5-S1 disc in protruding in the center. But it is not far enough out to push on nerve or cause spinal canal stenosis. Need to discuss with your Drs who have see you and the MRI. Always tell us why the MRI was done.

Since this is a relatively minor finding of little significance, rather unlikely that this is causing any symptoms, and would be tough to clinically correlate. But you do not reveal why the MRI was done, leaving us unable to correlate either.
