Have unpleasant medicine like taste for days with enlarged taste bud on back of tongue and very thin patches not enough to immediately say thrush 100%?

Bad mouth taste: May be early candida or from sinusitis. Sometimes you can have sinusitis without actually having pain in the sinus. May also be from gingivitis/peridontitis ( gum/tooth infection), diet or reflux( elevate head of bed when sleeping can try ranitidine if not allergic) reflux can exacerbate sinusitis. . f/u/ w/ doc for possible cultures, meds, oral hygiene.
