I have enlarged taste buds today i was brushing my tongue yesterday to get all the white off i'm thinking i may have thrush on my tongue and also hiv ?

That whitish coating may be thrush if you've had an infection and antibiotic therapy lately. But it may just need brushing off. Only you can determine if you may have HIV, depending on your intimacy with partners who are infected. Get tested.
