Shouldn't be problem: Swimming in a regular pool is unlikely to be a problem for a localized burn. If it blistered & weeps you can apply a covering material like triple antibiotic. The wet may actually have a cleansing action. Re-apply any cover ointment after your session & keep an eye on the site. It should do fine.
