Unproven : It’s inositol and chromium, which won’t do anything substantive, plus bayberry and crepe Myrtle extract, the latter two each having shown some effects in a single petri-dish experiment. For losing weight and dealing with any insulin resistance which this concoction supposedly helps with, there is no substitute for exercise and a fitness-focused lifestyle.
