Above my left shoulder i have a small pea sized moveable bump under the skin... its location is at trunk of neck right above left shoulder..neck tightness, sometimes discomfort swallowing in that side (not often) minor pain and noticeable discomfort?

Undiagnosed ?: It could be a small fibroma- a benign tumour / lymphnode/lipoma, neurofibroma and rarely a possible small malignant welling. Get seen by your PCP .I may or may not need removal.
