Sore gums: Dentures don't change, but dental ridges and overlying gum tissues do. oYu didn't say how long you have had your current dentures. Depending on age and fit they may be relignable. If not, replacement is an option. Gum inflammation may be from denture rubbing, or may be do to one of hundreds of different pathologic processes.
