I now know my partial top front 6 dentures are causing my gum to be inflamed what alternatives are there? a dentist told me a bridge wasn't suitable, implants was quoted at r10 000 per tooth. please advise?

Denture Sores: Your dentist can reline your current prosthesis if it fits well, or make you new one if it doesn't. You may consider being treated at a teaching hospital or university for dental implants since your costs would most likely be less.
