Doubtful significanc: It is important to tell us what symptoms, if any, do you have in your abdomen? In other words why was the CT scan done? The lymph node that you are concerned about is unlikely to be abnormal. Unless the lymph node size is > 10 mm, it is not of any significance and is likely to be normal.
