No link: While it is true that taking L-arginine at a dose of 5-9g has shown to increase the resting growth hormone levels at least 100%, and exercise can increase growth hormone levels by 300-500%, there is no data showing that this can increase the growth/Height of a teenager. Height is determined greatly by genetics and overall health, and less so by nutrition/exercise, etc. See an endocrinologist
