Cholesterol : Simplest answer is probably different for different folks. One or two whole eggs a week within a low fat diet is likely fine for most.

21 or more if...: While eggs contain cholesterol, most studies suggest eating even 3 eggs a day actually improved cholesterol levels! however, these subjects were following a low-carb diet & there is evidence those on a high carb diet might want to limit eggs to one a day.
