Mixed diet: There are individual variations in how we react to a given diet and it may be okay to eat what you are eating; however; a mixed diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, legumes, beans, low fat milk products; low in saturated fats, no tobacco and no more than one drink a day would be better. Try to exercise 30 minutes each day and maintain a healthy weight.
