No set amount: There does not seem to be a set amount of apple cider vinegar dosage that you should drink for health benefits. Since there's no hard and fast rule it appears you could take about 2 teaspoons a day of apple cider vinegar mixed in a cup of water or juice. Too much ACV may have some adverse side effects. Also, please stay in touch with your Family Doctor to make certain your blood sugar is OK.

Try 2 tbsp: In one research study 2 tbsp of apply cider vinegar taken with 1 oz. of water at bedtime significantly reduced fasting blood sugar. ACV should always be diluted with water. You can experiment with different amounts to see what works for you. It appears to be beneficial to take ACV before each meal. See https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/317218.php
