Recovering from rubella. was not vacc'd as a child due to allergy. rash is gone now but i have severe dizziness, headache, neck pain. is this normal?

Rubella?: Rubella characteristically lasts only about 48 hours, and symptoms are usually gone prior to the rash disappearing. Dizzyness, headache and neck pain can be symptoms of viral or bacterial encephalitis, so see an internal medicine physician or go to an emergency room to make certain.
