See a doctor: Increasing headaches 2 weeks after blunt head trauma is potentially serious. Can be a concussion or, even worse, an intracranial hemorrhage (bleed within the head). Either condition absolutely needs specific tests (often a CT scan of the head) to diagnose and specific treatment. You need to go to ER - NOW

Get attention: Combination of persistent headaches, dizziness, and neck pains, all need to be fully evaluated. You not only injured your skull, but likely neck, inner ear connections, and potentially may have some intracranial consequences. This needs to be checked out.
