Severe tension headache pain behind eyes in through mouth and even in my throat neck sharp shooting pain nauseated dizzy tired is this normal?

Headache: Definitely not 'normal.' Big question is if you have nasal symptoms like nasal obstruction, discharge, pus/snot, or drainage down throat. If so then get evaluated for sinusitis, including possibility of 'sphenoid sinusitis.' Most likely thing, however, is migraine headache.
