Every now and then i feel as though my throat is closing up and i have a more difficult time breathing. everything normal also dizzy/headache/feel ill?

Cannot say: without an exam, I can only give general information, and with an exam differentiating between anxiety disorder or throat problem or asthma is really easy and all can be treated.

Anxiety: You have not listed anxiety and depression as your condition but you are on Zoloft (sertraline). I suspect Somaticization of your mental health condition especially since you have been to a doctor and had X=ray and balance testing with no organic pathology identified.
