recurring uterine polyps all biopsies show no hyperplasia/cancer on 200 mg prometrium (micronized progesterone) every day with no luck so now what ?

Depends on symptoms: if you have recurrent polyps that cause lot of bleeding, with negative work up for cancer, have you considered endometrial ablation? that may decrease the irregularities of bleeding and provide symptomatic relief Best Wishes Dr M
