One way to find out: The one way to find out is to either have your GYN MD perform an endometrial biopsy or better yet perform a hysteroscopy where the potential polyp can be seen and removed. The tissue specimen( "speciwoman") can then be sent to the pathology lab for analysis to rule cancer in or out. Most 30 year old patients have benign polyps at that age.
