Is allergex syrup safe for my 7 month old. he weighs about 10kg?

Would never use it: Company literature lists it as appropriate for kids over 3 yr. I would never recommend it for a 7 mo. Kids with nasal congestion at that age respond best to a nasal wash out using nasal saline. The antihistamine products like allergex thicken mucous & enter the brain causing irritability. As such, I would never use it at that age.
