A member asked:

What is the dosage of ondem syrup for 7.5 years old girl child. weighing 23,kgs?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ondem Syrup: In the US this is Zoran or generic name Ondansetron. It is used for nausea and vomiting. The usual pediatric dose for children four years and older is 4 mg orally every 8 hours as needed. The syrup usually comes in 2mg per 5 ml, so that would be 10 ml for this child. As always check with the physician who prescribed it and your pharmacist.
