How much zantac (ranitidine) syrup should i give a 5 month old baby currently weighing 9kg?he is currently taking 2.2ml 3x day (prescribed when he weighed 8kg)

Dose is OK: The upper limit for oral zantac (ranitidine) for his weight is (10mg/kg) or 90 mg. He is receiving 15mg/ml 0r 33 mg three times a day ( 99 mg in total) he shouldnt receive more than that. He probably will grow into the doseage because of his weight gain.
