My 3 year old keeps getting these welts on his face and body...similar to that of a mosquito bite, but it spreads everywhere. i have given him allergex syrup (5mls) and that takes it away completely until it comes back about every 12 hrs. i have pic ?

Some ideas: Such whelps are often seen with reactions to foods or can be seen in some illnesses. If it is from a food it would recur until the food has been completely digested, usually a few days. This public HT site does not allow us to see or comment on pictures. If the issue presists more than a few days or worsens have him seen.
