Look for less sugar: Look for snacks with less sugar and not too many carbs (starches) in general. Snacks with sugar tend to make you want more and more. Low-carb snacks include celery with peanut butter, hard boiled eggs, nuts, cheese, lettuce wraps with lunch meat (maybe lower fat deli meat), turkey jerky, etc...
