a very sharp stabbing pain l/foot 2nd toe, now in r/upper arm mid detoid last 1-2 sec feels like a burning pin piercing the surface, 1-4 x's a day.

? Neuropathy: This could be due to some kind of neuropathy. Please check your blood sugars, vitamin b12, folate, (folic acid) and thyroid hormone level. I will be prudent to see a pcp.
