Vegetables, fruits..: A healthy mid afternoon snack would follow the guidelines for most foods, that is plenty of fruits and vegetables, possibly a whole grain starch (rice cake, etc), or maybe some nuts. What is healthy for you also depends on your weight and any associated medical conditions that you have. You should ask your provider.
