Is there a field called travel pediatrician? or do i just complete travel and pediatrician?why do i need to be locum tenens before travel pediatric?

Confusing question: A pediatrician is trained specifically in the non-surgical health care of patients birth to 21. Doctors can only work in states where they are licensed & usually work in one location & acquire hospital or other work privileges in that location.A locum tenens by definition is someone who does fill in work at multiple locations but they must have a license in that state & meet the work requirements.
