It depends: While each case can be different based on the need for medicine, there are some guidelines for repeating medicine after vomiting as you will find in the attached reference.

Usually 30 minutes: If the medication is retained for 30 minutes then it likely was absorbed. If it has been retained less than 30 minutes, the dose can repeated. Give after a trial of clear fluid. All the best.
