Can't Get Them All: Myomectomies targets the largest fibroids or the ones felt to cause pain, bleeding, or infertility. It's not possible to remove all of them or see them all so they can grow and cause similar problems to what caused the first surgery. If they don't cause problems, leave them. If done with childbearing, hyster; if desire children, have at it or shrink them with lupron (leuprolide). It's a good topic to d/w gyn.
