Fertility in 20's: Solely based on your age, you should not have any trouble getting pregnant. However, there are multiple factors that affect fertility besides ovaries and uterine cavity. Is there an obstruction involving your fallopian tubes? Male factor infertility? If you don't become pregnant after 1 yr of trying, consider obgyn eval. Have sex often, preferably 1 & 2 days prior to ovulation & during ovulation.
