Fatigue and high lft: If you have not already had mononucleosis, with the feeling of fatigue and elevated lft, you should probably be checked for mononucleosis with a monospot (EBV mono) (which usually becomes positive around 10-14 days. Other than fatigue, one would have lymph node enlargement and sore throat. Obviously other things would include a work-up - the blood count can also show elevated lymphocytes

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you drink alcohol, stop entirely and repeat the test in 3 months. Wish you good health!
