Depends: What is the cause of your elevated SGOP/SGPT? If you take alcohol, stop entirely, if you are overweight lose weight, if you have hepatitis virus infection you need to be treated for that. Are you on other medications that may be damaging your liver? Please consult your doctor to address these issues.
