Yes, in the long run: Your liver function tests are clearly abnormal, but before recommending treatment, you need to determine the cause. While this may be related to fatty liver, other causes should be ruled out, including Hepatitis A, B and C, as well as a review of your medications. Treatment would then be recommended based on this. If fatty liver, then weight loss and low fat diet will be recommended.
