This is serious: Your history of fever, malaise, aches, and yellow skin and eyes tells me you have hepatitis from some cause. It may be allergy to a medication you took, a viral infection, or a serious illness such as hemochromatosis or Wilson's. Your physician knows how to do the workup.

Possible: Those are markers used to check the liver. They are specific for only he liver. Would also need to know what other results of hepatic function were before stating such as still many causes such as fatty liver, viral hepatitis, medication related side effect (such as 'statins')' alcohol over usage, gallbladder, etc
