I m 26yrs old female. i m non alholic . my sgpt is 325 and sgot is 272 and alkaline phosphatase is 401.is it dangerous. is it possible to came down..p?

VERY serious: You have Wilson’s until proven otherwise, then it’s rule out acute hepatitis, chronic hepatitis B and C, autoimmune hepatitis, and hemochromatosis. All are easy to manage but will kill you if missed. I trust you are taking no medications that your liver might be allergic to, including weird herbals.
